About Speech Dynamics, Inc.We founded our company, Speech Dynamics, Inc., in 1995. It was a time of new beginnings and limitless visions, and no one could have ever predicted SDI's growth over the following years. Early successes were due to the support of family and friends and ambitious speech-language pathologists in search of practical and effective therapy techniques. Amidst the seed planting of seminar tours and product development, a new and well-received form of oral sensory-motor capability therapy was born and nurtured. The paradigm and therapy methods continue to be cultivated and utilized by numerous speech-language pathologists throughout the world. Personal testimonies express the value of this type of therapy and of the countless numbers of children and adults that now communicate more effectively and whose lives have been enriched. In October, 2003, our product line of books and tool-toys was passed to Pro-Ed, Inc. This has and will free up time and energy for us to organize and present more seminars, generate new video courses (for CEU credit), continue writing, and do some much needed oral sensory-motor research. Our VisionTo ultimately improve the communication capabilities of persons with speech disorders by providing quality educational events and publications, effective and useful treatment programs, for parents, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, and other professionals who impact the lives of those with communication impairments. Our MissionTo seek out opportunities and ways to consistently meet and exceed the needs of our customers by implementing high standards of education and customer service. What we can do for YOU!If you are new to the field of oral sensory-motor or want to know more about this type of capability-based therapy, we have a variety of educational options:
